I have been trying to buy the John Cena 31" action figure for my son online the pre-sale I went into store and it's alot higher. It's showing 19.99 plus I was going to cash in my 4.00 and something towards this making it 16.00 and something total.. I shop at kmart all of the time. This has made the second bad shopping trip I've had in the last 3 months. My son had a party in September and my brother which lives out of state came down and bought him a toy airplane for 60.00 some dollars i went to take it back without receipt and trade in for more toys he could actually use because the plane was to high-tech for a 4 year old. The lady in returns at grayson kmart stated I had 60.00 some dollars. I went shopping in kmart toys brought up 70.00 worth of toys I was going to pay difference then was informed once I got back up there that she could only give me 15.00 back on a 60.00 airplane. I had went around the store a good hour with a screaming toddler and a younger child and was so upset. Why would she tell me I had 60.00 some dollars then turn around and tell me she could only give me 15.00 for the toy I had tried to return? It would've saved me an hour shopping in the store. Her reasoning was I just told u what it was worth not what you'd be getting back. That was really crazy. My other son had a spray can incident in there prior to all of this and dropped the spray can and the gold paint shot all in his eyes and I was good enough not to even fill out an incident report it was bad. I did my part not trying to press it and file a claim knowing accidents happen then they treat me like a criminal like I had stole that plane trying to return it. When they could've looked back on my shop your way rewards and seen I had spent well over 300.00 for my sons parry that same month. I just didnt understand all of that I still have the plane but not going to return it for 15.00 knowing we gave 60.00 for it the very day before. Then they have sales and u get to ur car or home and realize that they charged me 20-30 over what it should've been. Everyone in my family now goes on to Walmart kmart is over rated and jeans please 20.00 a pair is a joke when I can go to children's place get three pair for that price. They have workers that don't take signs down apparently. When sales end.
