I dropped my pressure washer off to Mike, at Big Sky Power Equipment in Great Falls, MT. I asked him, "how long it would take to be finished?" He replied, "About a week." A week had passed and I did not hear from him...I was busy with other things so, I allowed another week to pass. Still..No phone call from Mike on a status update on the washer. At this point we're 2 weeks in... and I call him.
I ask, "What's the status on the pressure washer?" He says, "You have 2 machines in front of your washer." Now, remember this was only supposed to take a week and we're over 2 weeks in at this point...without a single courtesy call from him the whole time.
I say, "when will it be done, Mike? He says, "tomorrow."
Here is the kicker...I get no phone call from Mike the next day. I go down 30 min prior to closing. I ask to pick up my pressure washer. He say's its not finished.
I just ask to take the pressure washer home then...I'm over his lies at this point. When I get it, It has not even been worked on. Mike at Big Sky Power Equipment is a liar. I would not do business with him, He is very shady.
