Rude know it all owner. I've been to much nicer and better groomers. Stay away. Many other options here. Don't pick this dump.

1 star is too much...
Rude and unprofessional. I called and asked if they could get my 7lb dog in for a groom. I told them he was in pretty bad shape and they still agreed. I get there to pick him up, the front office girl was rude and then the owner came out and told me my dog was awful, it took 2 of them to groom a 7lb dog who should've been sedated....it took 2 people and he still looks awful. She has said he's not welcome back. She also let me know that in her 30+ years as a groomer that if she says a dog is awful, a dog is awful lol ok... You'd think after 30+ years in the grooming business She'd be able to handle a 7lb dog. He's been to a couple other groomers in different states and not 1 has ever complained. Worst groom he's ever had, they cut the back of his leg and didn't even wash him good. Stay away. It's unfortunate. They could've had a life long customer. So unprofessional.
