I had them hook up the wiring for my hitch. After we hooked up our camper our van caught on FIRE!!!! yes on FIREl!!!! We had to quickly grab our baby and 3 year old out of the van as the fire started when we started driving. We got the fire calmed down and had to take it in to another mechanic and found out that the wiring was ALL done WRONG! The fire started because it wasn't grounded correctly and the wires installed in the wrong spots. Our van has a few electrical problems now because of them! On a positive note they paid us back some of the money we spent on this problem! Our van has yet to be completely back to normal. DO NOT GO TO THEM!! They are nice people but your car may just end up on FIRE!!!!!

Ditto! Didn't fix it right the first or second time. According to a reputable mechanic they had put the part in incorrectly. Cost me a lot of time away from work and money. That wouldn't have been so bad had they not fixed our other vehicle right the first time either...not only that they were rude and just didn't care!

My '99 Chevy pickup needed some engine refreshing. I decided to give Mr tune-up a shot. It took longer than they quoted, it was twice the cost they quoted, and there has been no improvement in the performance of my vehicle. I could've been ripped off like that at any crappy auto shop in great falls.
