Please ask me why I do not recommend Pella windows:Windows were supposed to be finished but parts of them had no finish on themmissing part to open from manufacturer for one windowWhen I called the sales place to express how upset I was, I got "your salesman is out of town, you will have to wait until Monday."Their installers:tore strips of sheetrock off around windows (which I pointed out to them)they tore chunks out of siding on the homeThey put up trim with gouges in it. (I pointed this out to them)trim was installed improperlyJoints do not matchLarge gaps between trim and wallsNail were not set into trimTrim was not finished.Altogether it will cost me about $20,000-$30,000 to fix their mistakes including needing to paint two rooms, replace siding and have someone else come in to fix train and finish windows and trim plus lots of headaches.See picture if I can post them
