Possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a so-called professional. Had never met either myself or my son, who is a disabled veteran, but her first words to him were, "You do meth, don't you? And don't lie to me, because I know you do." She based her judgement solely upon his appearance (he is permanently wounded from his service to our country). Even after explaining this fact to her, she persisted in telling us that she was an expert in recognizing "meth-heads" and refused to apologize. She spent our $200 session self-aggrandizing and singing her own accolades. (She did not refund our money) My son was there for custody advice and she told him it was basically hopeless. As a footnote, we hired a wonderful, competent attorney (Dan Falcon) and my son now has complete and full custody and is full of hope! Run, do not walk, from this horrible woman. She has a terrible reputation around town. Just ask other attorneys.

I just accompanied my son to an initial consult with Ms. Rossberg. Her first words to him were, "You use meth, don't you?" When we both tried to explain that he is a medically-retired wounded veteran and that his appearance is due to his injuries and condition, and even offered to provide medical records, recent blood work or urinalysis, she persisted in attacking him and insisting she was right. She spent more than half the consult justifying her unprofessional behavior, telling us how experienced she was at detecting 'users', and repeatedly listing her many 'accolades'. (In actuality, my son refuses all pain medication because he is so opposed to drugs). I hope no other mother has to witness such bias and mistreatment because of a disability incurred defending our country. Shame on you, Ms. Rossberg

the most unprofessional and offensive lawyer you could go to, I wasted my money on her and left the consult with my mother I tears after her personal attack on my appearance, as a disabled veteran with no option on how much weight I have lost due to a disabling injury, and her first words were an attack on my appearance. It's clearly discrimination based on disabilities
