My son orders pizza on several occasions to be delivered before he got home, and put it on his card. When the delivery people showed up they expected tip for driving four blocks and were rude to me when I hadn't even ordered the pizza

That their pizza is amazingly yummy but that they customer service sucks. If i was a manager i would be livid if one of my employees answered my phone and the customer asked i they were the right location for base delivery and my employee responded with Yes Unfortunatly.... isnt patient to let the custoer finish the order and blurts out the total and says itll be about an hour and hangs up. Especally since he doesnt realize that the order is with a debt card for one and for two the customer isnt satisfied now because it will be an incomplete order. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS to say the least . well see if that pizza even gets here in an hour. doubtful with employees like the young kid on the phone working there.
