it's ok you get up every morning around 6 a.m eat around 7 a.m take your medicine around 8 a.m or 8:30 a.m someone gives your medicine to you take a bath at night sometimes you get to travel by bus to places you have the option to go to church if you chose not to you get the medicine at 8 p.m if you go you get the medicine when you get back from church
