Gate Guards despicable customer service is going to cause an undue negative public opinion of the U.S. Navy as a whole. I am a retired U.S. Navy Sailor trying to get to PSD for a new dependent ID card. The African American Female Petty Officer gate guard confiscated the expired card we were going to replace with extreme malice. I have logged thousands of hours of POOW & OOD and NEVER have I treated anyone as poorly as I was treated this morning! Way to uphold the Navy's proud tradition of taking care of it's people and veterans.
