I Caled for service last day for repair i spoke to the manger Dan he was very nice and gave us a very detailed and insighful explication of the work price is good the work is very good

I had a minor issue of which I called Best Buy Garage to fix it. Was told the garage door was fixed, at which time I provided my credit card and was charged. After the charge went through he explained that a part was broken. I had assumed he would come back and replace the existing part (for free) but he called me the next day to explain he can't find the part and I would need to replace the whole thing for an additional $550! Since the original issue was not fixed and the garage was left in worse condition than when I hired them, I asked for my credit card to be reimbursed, which they denied. Very unhappy with this company and certainly won't use them again - I hired another company to fix their mistake and they did it for less and did a great job.
