If you have any and I mean ANY pain or soreness, THIS is the place to go. I had a herniated disc which caused such excruciating pain by my neck and loss of feeling in my left hand. My sister had made an appointment for me and it was the BEST remedy ever. I was able to function again. The BEST place, try it and you'll see.

I am a huge fan of Keep In Touch!!I come from a distance to go there, but it is always worth the trip, and it feels line a mini vacation from my life. In my profession my body gets beat up pretty easily, and Dawn not only relaxes the muscles, but really knows the body and the techniques needed to achieve wellness. I highly recommend KIT! I've suffered for years with a herniated disk in my back. Initially, there was no releif, and doctors suggested surgery. In an attempt to avoid surgery, I tried chiropracters and physical therapy- all to no avail. It wasn't until I found the "medical massage" at KIT that I have had the pain relief I was hoping existed but couldn't find! Now I've been "debilitating pain" free for years! (If you have back pain, you will know what I mean by "debilitating pain") I am now a dedicated client. I recommend KIT highly! Just don't try to take my appointment!!!
