Great place for a used car! Frank helped me the whole way and I left in the vehicle I wanted to get. I would recommend them to anyone!

The people here are very helpful and very nice. They got me into the car that I wanted without any hassle at all. They probably spent more time with me than they should have, but they wanted to make sure I left with the right car! Great place.

When I arrived I had one thing in mind: getting a BMW. I didn't know what else to look for, but was pleased to see a great variety of BMWs on the lot. Overall their cars very very nice and are at a very reasonable price. The salesman I dealt with, Frank, is a gem. One of the best I've ever had. He went above and beyond for me.

Awsome customer service from start to finish. JD is the Man, he makes you feel very comfortable as you would expect a friend to host you. Granted he is a salesman but he is treating you well in the process. 07 BMW 335 was waiting for me when i got there and what i really appreciate was that JD did not try to upsell me to one of the newer more expensive car in his show room. JD has followed through on his word when i needed to have a pulley replaced he promptly send the check in the mail. JD, you got me. so i will be me back the next time i am on the market again until then i will send all my family and friends your way. I am not an employee, just a God honest happy customer!!!!!!!! I had a great experience at Luxury Autos. I was looking for a great used car at an affordable price. I had an idea of how much money I wanted to spend, and the staff and salesmen not only kept me within my budget, they made sure I drove out of there with the price under budget! Excellent all around.

J.D. was honest, straightforward, was never shady, even took care of a little issue with the car long after I was out the door...I don't even live in the state. I see a lot of negative reviews about the operation over there and I gotta say, I don't understand why. Yes, they have a lot of inventory, but not a lot of staff, I could see why the website isn't updated often enough, but the cars are good quality and the prices are very fair. I would definitely buy another car from the folks at Luxury Cars of Great Neck!

I purchased an 05 Audi A6 and the condition was excellent. Got the car the same day and John D really helped me out a lot with doing my insurance, making me feel comfortable, and getting me a good deal on the financing. I even offered to help fix his printing problem on the main company site because of how friendly and cool he was. Definitely a good guy, good place to get a car.
