Having used A-1 for a number of installs and service over the past several years, I have found them to be honest, professional, thorough and customer oriented. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them for any future HVAC needs.

I have worked with Slade and his company for many many years. Their crew is great and good to work with. My furnace at home went out at 9:30pm on a Saturday. They were at the house by 10am, stayed until after midnight to make sure we had some heat. Then they installed our new furnace in a few hours. Very happy with A-1 Heating and would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic!! Our furnace gave out on us the day before the temperature dropped, of course. After trouble shooting and locating the part, A-1 had an extremely quick turn around and the part was already in stock to fix it!! I made a calls, the communication was excellent, and now we have heat on this cold snowy night!!! We are so grateful!! My dad was very impressed!! Thanks so much!! You guys are life savers!!!

A-1 is the only company I will ever call for my heating and air conditioning needs. The owner knows the business inside and out, and always responds promptly to anything I need done. I can always rest assured that I am getting the best service money can buy; for a fraction of normal cost! It's nice to know that the job will be handled professionally and done right. A-1 has handled the repairs of both my AC and my furnace, serviced and cleaned both units, as well as cleaned my duct work. My heat cost have decreased, my indoor air quality has improved, and my families allergies and sinuses problems are non existent. I will never call anyone else.

When I called to get a quote, the lady who answered the phone was very respectful and answered all of my questions. A young gentleman came out and gave me a quote for a new furnace and A/C. He was very knowledgeable and very honest. The quote I received was not the cheapest, but very reasonable. I went with A-1 for my install and they did a beautiful job and my system works great. I would recommend A-1 for any of your cooling and heating needs.

When I called to get a quote, the lady who answered was very rude. Would not give them my business because of this.Even when a company is busy, they should be polite and remember how to give GOOD customer service!
