I just went thru this car wash this afternoon. What a waste of money. I got home and got out of my car and what a mess. My car looks worse than it did before. Stay away.

I drove through Crabby's Carwash on 10th Street in Greeley, Co on Friday June 17, 2015. It was a terrible experience! The machinery broke the side mirror and badly damaged the back of the mirror on my Yukon XL. There was no soap so when I exited the carwash my car was still dirty and there were water spots all over the windshield and other windows on the car. I immediately contacted the person on duty and she finally reluctantly gave me the owner's phone #s. When I called him he said he would have "to review the film" and get back to me. I called again the next day and he didn't pick up on any of the numbers I called. What a nightmare experience! I'll let you know if I am able to get any satisfaction. BTY, owner said I should contact MY insurance and when I said "your insurance is responsible for the damage" he said, " Well, the person who has the damage should call first, that's the way it is usually done." Be very careful and BE WARNED! I'll let you know how it turns out.
