A Month ago "Fitness Service & Parts" stopped by to inspect our treadmill. He told us we needed a "sling" and that he would order it. Said it takes about 7-10 days. Two weeks go by we call, left a message, they never called back. The next day we called again, left message, a man calls back and said he needs to check the status of the part & will call us right back on an eta. He never called back. The next day we called again & left two messages and a lady called back, said that the part isn't in yet and she'll call us back on when they will install it. She never called back. The third week goes by and we have heard NOTHING from Fitness Service & Parts. I called and left a message, nothing. My husband called left another two messages, and the gal calls back and said that the part still isn't in, she remembers us but will let us know when its in... she'll call us right back. Never did.. WHAT A SCAM!!!!! THEY COME TO OUR HOUSE TO LOOK AT THE TREADMILL, Takes our $100 service fee to inspect it, said the sling will take a couple of weeks to get in and they'll be over...... RIGHT!!!! WHAT an easy scam for them. Just go over to someone's house and inspect their exercise equipment, feed them a line of BS, and NEVER return!!! DO NOT even attempt to call this very unprofessional place!! They're not even worth the stars on this page!!!!!
