I bought a mattress and box springs here and went back a few times because we were not sure. The associates here are patient and very professional. The owners work at the store and are wonderful to work with. I believe in supporting the local businesses and this fit the bill. Will definitely go back. The selection is incredible.

Our entire home is furnished with furniture purchased from Greeley Gallery Furniture. Eric will meet or beat any of his competitors prices. The public does need to understand most of his items are custom ordered and has only so much control over the vendors. We have ALWAYS have GREAT customer service!!

I originally ordered a couch set through American Furniture, and had a terrible experience with their customer service. Ended up canceling my order with them because I was fed up. Went into Greeley Gallery Furniture, and was really impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. Stevie approached me right away and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and beat the AFW price. Great customer service. You talk to a real person when you call (not like at AFW). They called me right away when my furniture came in, and the delivery guys were on time, friendly, and professional. And my new couch set looks GREAT! Really happy with my experience at Greeley Gallery Furniture. Will definitely be recommending them! Thanks!

We decided to support a local business rather than go to American Furniture Warehouse, etc. So we went to Gallery Furniture several weeks ago and purchased a sectional couch. Yesterday I went in to pay for the rest of it (2 days before it was supposed to be delivered) and found out that they don't deliver on Saturdays although they said at the time of purchase that they did. They also didn't even have the couch in yet, even though they said it was suppose be in over a week prior to delivery. They hadn't even called to let us know we weren't getting our couch. If I had not gone in a few days prior we would not have even known. Today I finally got a call (the day before we move) that we are not going to get our couch for another 3 weeks!! I will never shop here again!!

About five years ago we purchased what I call expensive end tables and one coffee table. I had to call them w/in six months to have a couple of spots fixed. While just dusting large pieces of wood would come off. I feel I got ripped off. We ordered them in the winter and I do not believe the finish was applied correctly. I am sick about them I wrote the manufacturer and they never responed, no surprise there. I got tired of calling the store when nothing was being don to correct the problem. I wanted them sent back and refinished, I told them that. That of course never happened. Even after five years I feel I am entitled to some compensation. If you are buying something made in southern Indiana, save yourself a lot of problems and do not purchase the item. The people that work there are GREAT! Except I did not get mine refinished, they look like they applied one very thin coat of whatever they applied. Still upsets me, being it was the most I had ever spent on any piece of furniture. I do wonder if I had purchased them at Ben's had I gotten better service to repair them. Thanks Karl
