IMO Worst car dealership ever. I bought a new 2012 Cadillac and the experience could not have been worse. About 2 weeks after signing the paperwork in the dealership i was forced to re-sign new paper work because of a misunderstanding over the paperwork not being explained completely. When i protested the finance person became very rude and defensive. At that point I asked get out of the deal but i was told that wasn't going to be an option. I wish i had done more research before going in. BBB has over 20 complaints on these guys.

We traded our custom-ordered 2011 Dodge Journey (because of size limits) for a 2005 Suburban in April of this year, with an added warranty, covering 20,000 miles. They worked with us to decide if this was the car for us. Financing did an AMAZING job, and the service department staff has been wonderful.

My wife & I drove all over northern Colorado looking for the right Suburban. The people at Ghent were very attentive and super easy to work with. We love our new Suburban! Thanks for not only understanding our specific need, but also going out of your way to get us our Suburban. This is our 3rd vehicle purchased at Ghent. Would recomend any one who likes straight forward answers and a good deal to visit the them... thanks Mike and Sherry Greeley, CO.

My very first car I ever purchased was from Ghent, and I naively thought that I could trust them.#1 They botched the first sale contract so I had to go back in and sign again.#2 I was threatened with legal action if I didn't sign the second contract.#3 The car went in the shop second week I had it.#4 The car went back in a month later for exactly same issue.#5 They setup the loan on the co-signer's account at the bank and not the signer's, so have to get that fixed now. (Basically the signer isn't on the loan, and the co-signer is the only one on the loan.)This place is the embodiment of evil.

If you want to receive a good product and service, you might want to reconsider this place of business. Misrepresentation of car and quality of services was my experience.
