Every RV park from Wellington to Colorado Springs is completely full, except this one which has plenty of availability. Now I know why.

The good: Management made efforts to accommodate me with a site I requested (that has shade). Store appears well stocked with the basics plus some. Monthly rate is reasonable.

The bad: Nearby train horns blast throughout the night, and continuous highway 34 noise. Management makes little effort to be friendly. Terrible water pressure but management claims it's at a maximum of 60psi. (I have to fill my fresh water tank just to get a decent shower.) Dog park isn't well cleaned up even after mentioning it to the manager. The manager's son literally "threw" my propane tank over the side of his truck and into the back with no apologies. I mentioned the property damage to the manager, and now they refuse to fill my tank. ???

PEACEFUL, QUIET AND CLEAN

We have been staying in the Greeley RV campground for 2 months and it is a quiet, clean, lovely park like atmosphere, campground. Large shade trees on the lots, nice landscaping, free movie rentals, metered propane hookup, clean laundry, shower, exercise facilities, even has a clothesline, my particular favorite. Love the smell of clothes just off the line, fresh air, but close to Greeley Mall, movie theatres, and Super WalMart.
