horrible service

We went through the drive thru and when we went to order the lady didnt let us finish and said to just go right through. When we went to get our order the charged us over 350 by mistake and took 317 back and said that it would take over 24 hours to get the money back We were also missing cole slaw, honey sauce and butter, and they gave us two cups of mashed potatos and gravy(this was part of the order though). All in all, the service was unproffesional and messy.
