TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service !!!

the lady who answers the phone , think she can talk loud and rude to you as well as calling you a liar !!! but does not like it when you match her tone back at her she think its ok to hang up on you as well .... SORRY but I pay my bill and expect my trash to be picked up every week and will not have some witch call me a liar when I see everyone's trash has been picked up but mine..... they did come back by and picked up the trash even knocked on my door to say they were sorry and they would not forget again ( very nice trash man ) BUT because of the rudeness from the office I am so done with them !!! and its not the 1st , 2nd or even 5th time dealing with the witch in the office I have warned and warned , lol and the owner would not even get on the phone but could hear him in the back round running his mouth . going to try bunting disposal they will match the cheapest you find ...they are in EVENS and I live in GREELEY .

TERRIBLE customer service. Even the manager sounds like she has trouble with her social skills. I've been getting charged for the past 3 months and yet the driver has refused to pick up my container! Go with Waste Management if you live in Greeley!
