Dr. Boyes and all of his staff are the most professional and friendliest I have been to

for nine plus years and in my 68 years I have been to a lot of different Dental offices. only one other dentist in Fort Collins comes close to Dr. Boyes and that dentist is the best periodontal dentist I have been to.

Don't go here because of the office staff. My adult son found this office through 1800dentist. After his first appt I realized they do not accept our exact insurance. i decide to call and ask questions as to what that meant for cost...do they explain this to patients etc. Now he is technically an adult so i choose not to give my name but ask in general. i couldn't get a straight answer. the woman on the phone said sometimes its more sometimes its not it depends sometime we write off sometimes we don't. I had heard enough. To me not having a actually policy or fee chart is ridiculousness and unprofessional and sets people up . I said so and said never mind that was all i needed and hung up NEVER giving my name or phone number. Immediately the phone rings from them. They used their caller ID to call me back and proceed to argue their point that its not cut and dry. I am LIVID they have called me. If I had wanted them to have that information I would of provided it. This woman will not give up she NEEDS to explain. I explain I don't want to hear it and how dare she call my home. she apologizes with what sounds like sincerity so we chat about there policies . I explain to her I find her behavior and their policy's unprofessional and I EXPECT none of this to reflect on my son. She assures me it will not. We chat a few minutes more and the call is over. Three days later they call my son and cancel his appt and tell him its because of MY PHONE CALL..and to go elsewhere??? I was only rudish when they CALLED MY HOME using their caller ID when I NEVER said who i was...who i was calling for or gave them my phone number.
