No stars. We walked in to get my mother in law a haircut/style. We were told a COUPLE people were ahead of her and that it's better to make an appointment. So we did for 1:30. We came back, were told there were a FEW people ahead of her now. After waiting another 20 minutes (after already waiting the first hour) we were told she was next. Another lady walked in and waited awhile then was taken ahead of us. The ladies were very rude, chomping gum and saying things like "like I Said... Blah blah blah" if they cared about business and tips they would mouth off to customers like that. Go to Great Clips at Centerplace instead. They are friendly and professional.

I went to Supercuts to get my hair cut by an experienced professional and what should have been a faux hawk looked like a muffin top, patchy disaster. A woman by the name of Bernadette/Bernie cut my hair that day. She trimmed the sides and didn’t blend enough so my hair looked like a muffin top instead of a triangular shape. I had it fixed by the manager and she could not believe the horrible job she did. Rochelle then cut my hair for three months after that until one day I decided to go to the Supercuts in Loveland on 1435 Denver Ave off of Eisenhower Blvd. When I got there I was greeted by Bernie…she had transferred stores! I was in a rush and she was the only girl there for the next hour so I decided to give her another chance. I inspected it thoroughly and she fixed it three times before I left. When I went home and washed it out I once again had the worst hair cut ever. I then went back two hours later and had another stylist try to fix my air. After it was all done I might as well had a buzz cut it was so short. NEVER HAVE BERNIE CUT YOUR HAIR!
