Do not use this store! I paid several hundred dollars for them to ship some packages. The packages never made it to the recipient, and they refused to take responsibility!

When I called the UPS corporate office, they even told me to contact the origin store because they were clearly at fault in the situation. So, I had several phone calls with this store, and they refused to offer a refund for a service they didn't deliver. The last time I contacted them, they even promised to get back to me on the matter and never did. I don't like writing negative reviews and I don't do it often, but this store has to be one of the most dishonest businesses I have ever worked with.

Use another store. Use another company. This is not a store you ever want to do business with!
