Provided by SuperpagesI listed my home for sale on AreaByOwner.com and was able to get it sold within a few months. Previously I had been trying to use a real estate agent without any luck. The low price ($60 I think, which was way less than other FSBO websites in the Green Bay area) was unbeatable and the website was very professional looking which helped too. No commission, yard signs, and my webpage... not a bad deal! I would strongly recommend trying AreaByOwner.com to sell your home yourself.... for $60, what to you have to loose?
