Had our Rudy put to sleep on Sept 20th. They forgot about him in the cooler for 2 weeks. Bad enough we had to go through losing him, then we have to hear he is still in their cooler two weeks later. Changing vets for sure.

I love that you have very calming music playing in the exam room. It was very relaxing for me and my pet stayed calm. I think maybe the music helps. Keep playing the peaceful music.

I love how thorough Dr. Strickfaden and the staff are with the examination process. They adjust Bailey’s treatments as he heals. I highly recommend them.

The entire staff is always professional. The women at the front desk are pleasant and efficient. The vet techs and doctors take time to listen to all facets of the animal and that is not always the case at other practices. I truly appreciate the time they take with my dogs, that’s why I travel as far as I do.

My dog was a bit nervous and the staff did a great job being patient, understanding and helpful. We are very pleased with the services our dog received. We think the staff at Countrycare is excellent. Dr. Barr did a great job explaining things and the technician was great with my dog and seemed very organized and efficient.

You asked questions that I never thought were relevant to my dog’s condition and because of that, we were able to treat her whole body – not just the main symptom.
