Talking with Katie in customer service it seemed like the same old, same old story. She return my call, and said their has been complaints about the Eilliens 1 lb. Deluxe Caramels cellophane wrapping. Which “will” test your patience. I told her that we have put men on the moon, so putting customer friendly packaging shouldn’t be that much of a problem. She went on to tell me that they get the caramels bulk and then repackage them. If I was to grade the caramel supplier, it would be an “F”, hands down, and efforts for
new supplier would begin immediately. Now if management ignores this, that’s a whole different game. I spent 1 hour unwrapping a one pound package of the caramels last week. My wife helped me last evening and it took us 30 minutes. So it isn’t just me. But I have learned from this experience that I “will not”, EVER, use EILLIENS caramels, and will go out of my way to use a competitors product.
This is an issue that should be addressed immediately.
