I like this Family Dollar store because of the extensive selection of merchandise offered. Prices are reasonable, although one must know comparative prices to decide if something is a "bargain." The restroom facilities are locked and a key must be requested - peace of mind! I have had to return or exchange a few things and found the manager to be very fair and helpful. Unfortunately, some of the register help is not very knowledgeable or customer oriented and this necessitates calling for the manager. I think better attitude training regarding customer relations for some of the register help would be appropriate. Coupon/sale books and shopping carts are near the entrance and aid the customer in recognizing items on special offer. I have often found this helpful.
