I had a prescription medicine which was very important to be delivered to me and I was home the whole time and they ring the doorbell once, I try to answer on the intercom and no one was there, I ran downstairs and he already left! Grrr! He did not leave a tag. The second time, they did not ring the doorbell. I got the tracking number to see if this time I could track it and don’t miss it again but sure enough, there was info on the tracking page saying they attempted delivering and no one was home!! I’m home!!! How come they didn’t even ring my doorbell??? Try to contact my local fedex, it gives me a general 800 number which has annoyingly long computer voice prompts and gives me no chance to talk to my local store!! I hate fedex! No more using their services until they fix this and put real people helping me on the phone! 😤

Yeah. Whoever supposedly delivered my LIVE REPTILE decided not to just leave a sticker on the door of my apartment building rather than push a button so I could come to the door. What a lazy thing to do. Not only can my animal die that way if I dont get to it, but now I have to drag my children across town to get a package that I stayed home from work to receive. I am furious!!!

The delivery person who came to my house was rude. He told me that my dog(a yorkie) who was in the house barking was annoying. Then he says," annoying is an understatement." He was here for less than 30 seconds. Talk about lack of friendliness in this mans customer service. Because of this incident I will never use FedEx to ship anything!!!!!
