We had a horrible experience with Dr Gass when we had to euthanize our pet of 18 years. He was extremely unsympatnetic and cold. This is a hard time for any pet lover and he made it worse. I found myself questioning just picking up my pet and saying no please send a different doctor in, but I knew my pet was suffering so did not want to prolong it anymore. We had to go in quickly so didn't make an appt so we're just given Dr Gass because the other doctors were not available. I highly recommend Dr LaFond and Dr Barker-we've always had excellent service and care from them. I wanted to write this review so another pet owner wouldn't have to go through what we did.
