Provided by YPmobileA grade F- in customer service. I own a painting company, had a question about scaffolding rental no one knew a dam thing I wanted to reserve it to pick up Monday rather then come in and do a hour of paper work in the morning and waste working time. They had no clue. So I go to the pro contractor desk looking for my paint rep well he quit and no one knows who I need to talk to as far as a new sales rep. So now the lost 3500$ or more a week on paint sakes and the cost of the scaffolding rental. A ask my self why I switched from sherwin Williams to menards . Well now I'm switching back!!! If you have a question about any thing do not go to the Howard store!!!
