All the girls at this salon are so nice and great at what they do!! I've never had a bad experience. Give them a call,you wont be dissapointed!!

I just want to say how happy I am about the experience i had at New Style Salon on Main Street! I purchased a groupon online, and had my highlights done there...I was a little nervous going somewhere new, but I'm so happy i found it! My Stylist was great, very accommodating! On top of the AMAZING HIGHLIGHTS she did, she really did a good job teaching me on how to style my hair the way she did, she didn't do something that i wouldn't be able to do at home. I was so happy with my experience, she gave me some referral cards to give to my friends, and I am going to send them all in!

i would recommend this salon to anyone who wants great service. The stylist that did my hair was wonderful and educated me so much on my hair and the products to help maintain my hair.

I have been coming to this salon since it opened under newsyle salon about two years ago? The prices and service are reasonable considering I use to do hair. I get the same service for half the amount I use to spend on at fancy salons. The crew is small there and I see the same friendly faces there. Yes there is pressure to buy products but that's every sales persons job. Fyi a hairdresser is a sales person and they're only educating you (from my past salon days I can definitely say!) Don't be scared to say "no, thanks" that's all it takes! but the girls there and the service is great =)

This was arguably the worst groupon/salon experience ever. The "nail technician" was the person answering the phone when I arrived. I was escorted to a small closet-like room with a pedicure chair and a small selection of nail colors. I specified I wanted french mani/pedi and the nail technician stated "we don't do that here" even though it specified that service on the brochure. I mentioned I wanted a gray color on my fingernails to which the response was "you don't want dark colors on your nails if you have short/fat hands." Wow. Then the interruptions started; I counted 6 alone with the pedicure. At least 5-10 minute breaks. When it came to the manicure, it was so ridiculous the amount of time I had to wait to get my nails painted that when the technician left a 4th time, I picked up the nail polish and did it myself!! Wow AND VERY sloppy job on the nails. She even used a battery operated nail dryer that had to be manufactured circa 1980, with dying batteries. Eeeeeeshhhhh!!!!

They have too high pressured tactics in selling their products & if you return them because it is not working with your hair they will not let you buy their products anymore. I had the most humilating experience with the district manager. I exchanged products & then returned them because the procucts were not conducive with my 7 year olds hair. Also, the hairspray I bought was $23.00 and went low after 4 uses and they had a fit because I returned them both. It is my right to return if not happy. I gave them a one rating only because the lady who cut my hair is very nice. I would not recomment this place at all. It is like dealing with car salesmen. I informed my friends of what they did to me and they are not going back there. Frankly, they are appauled by their service. Bottom line, it is the salons loss due to their bad service & customer appreciation.
