Today marks the third time we've tried to cancel our contract. The first two times we requested, we were told it was done but they continued to bill us. We were never told we would need to sign anything to cancel or put anything in writing to cancel. Now I called to complain again and they tell me we have to sign something and mail it to an address but Jenny the manager cannot tell me what address, nor will she email me a cancellation. I requested a refund of the past two months and she says no but she will cancel over the phone now. Yeah right! All of the sudden you can cancel it over the phone. Just want the nightmare with these crooks to be over. If you are considering going there, don't! Many complaints on the web and BBB site about how they ripped people off with their funny cancellation policy.
