I live 45 min away so I called to see if they had packer jerseys. I was told they did and drove there to find out they didn't have one single jersey!!!!!! Very unhappy!b

I have been in this target store many times to buy items on sale. This time i wanted to by a refgarater that was on sale for 94.00 they again did not have 1. I was given a rain check. I missed placed it. Things like that happen. I called the store mgr and talked with alison. I told again that the product was not there and i was given a rain check and the person that gave it to me said i would get a call when it comes in. I waited 4 days. i did not get a call. Alsion advised me that the prduct would not be in untill 4 to 5 weeks. Alsion also told me with out the rain check i would not get the refegarater for the sale price. Not only was she rude with me at the time but also told me that she was trying to help me. I said how are you trying just because i don`t have the rain check and now you telling me 4 to 5 weeks to get in. Then she states that she does not have to listen to me any longer and was going to hang up. I asked for the corp phone number and she refused and said she`s not there to lusten to me. It seemed when she was backed into a corner and did not know how to deal with the problem or even try to help me she just got rude and hung up on me. It `seems when ever i have gone into that store it`s always the same thing. Never have what the say they have and when you question them they get sarcastic or they run. The custemer service in that store is bad,never have products they advertise and the staff does not know how to handel a problem.

I TRULY ENJOY THIS STORE IT IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND HAS WONDERFUL CLEARANCE ITEMS. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY HELPFUL AND THE CHECKOUT ALWAYS HAS ENOUGH STAFF.
