Tie the Knot is the worst business I have ever had to deal with. The customer service was horrific. I was falsely sold a dress and not only did nobody apologize to me, but they treated me awful and did not attempt to mend the situation. Dealing with Brenda, the owner, was awful. I honestly do not know how she still has a business running with how poorly she treats her customers. I would NEVER recommend this place to a bride, worst experience I could ever have imagined.

The staff was so helpful and full of advise. The selection was great and easy to look through. Very elegant & intimate experience.
