Dr. Adam Wallace specializes in Neurointerventional Surgery (also known as Interventional Neuroradiology or Endovascular Neurosurgery). "I believe in empowering patients and their care team with the information and expertise needed to manage complex neurovascular diseases. We strive to provide access to state-of-the-art techniques and technology to our community while sharing Ascension's spiritual mission to always care for those in need." Dr. Wallace received his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He then completed his medical degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he was also part of the James Scholar Program for Independent Study for Gifted Students in Medicine. After medical school, Dr. Wallace completed an internship at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, IL. He then ventured to the prestigious Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University in St. Louis for a residency in Diagnostic Radiology, and stayed at Mallinckrodt to complete fellowships in Diagnostic Neuroradiology and Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology. Outside of work Dr. Wallace enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
