Ordered a kitchen table and chairs, table and 3 chairs came damaged. They sent out the delivery with a replacement table only instead of a kitchen table it was an end table (not sure how they messed that one up) after 2 months i should be getting my 3 new chairs and table in 3 days. Went there today to get a mattress and worked with sales person Andy. We point out to a plush full mattress for our daughter and asked if that was 99.99 like the sign said and he said yes. After we said yes to it the total ended up being almost 400.00. My wife was in the car at this point with our daughter. I mentioned about how he said it was 99, he said he didnt quite remember. My wife wanted to figure out what was going on so she came in to talk to andy and a manager and i went to the car with our daughter. The sales person Andy told his manager that i said my wife was confused and he never said the mattress was 99.99. Not only does you product come in damaged, they won't get your reorder right and the sales people lie about you. I cant say ill be going back there any time soon. Thank god ashley furniture is right around the road and ive always had great service there. Shame on wg&r in green bay. Review your staff and get a winning crew. I called back to the manager and never even got an apology from him for the way his staff lied about me. Fail for andy and tom.
