Showed up an hour early for scheduled pick up and charged $15.00 to go less than 1.5 mi. kept money in an old dirty sock.

Horrible experience. Abusive driver. Called me belligerent because I asked him to hang up the phone and cb to quickly and safely drive me to the airport. Also drove me on an extra 7$ joyride around the airport. When I called to complain I was hung up on.

Best in the Green Bay area I use them all the time. Longest ive ever had to wait was 15 minutes. I think they have the largest fleet in the area.

I got a cab from our hotel to the airport. Worst experience ever. Our driver was asleep when we got to him, we had to handle our own bags, and he wouldn't go the speed limit. Our driver also couldn't stay in his lane on the highway so needless to say we were concerned for our own safety.

Picked up my husband from hosp. Dropped him home 3 MILES away. $17.00. That is $3 To get in cab then $14.00 to go 3 miles. Roughly $4.66 per mile. He did give a $3 tip. $20.00 for 3 miles. I feel overcharged.

Reasonable rates, fast service, clean cabs and friendly drivers was the experience I had. I think they had a problem with meters, but it seems to be fixed now. I take the taxi a lot and really enjoy the service!

Rip off taxie service, not only do they charge by the mile at over priced rates, the drivers will take the longer way vs the direct way. prices quoted over the phone are lies final costs are around 5x quoted price. they charge by the mile but meter jumps up every few seconds.

If I told my best friend about this place I'd still be foaming at the mouth telling her how they left us on Monday night stranded after we had a reservation, a day in advance to be picked up at midnight at Favre's steakhouse. Not only did they not show up, but they didn't answer the phone, nor did they call our cell numbers we left with them - at which point we were more than aware - we were not having a "miss" ...as for all outreach was coming from us between midnight to 12:40....at which time - we had to call family from an hour away to come in and pick us up. We were lucky to have family an hour away. We are from 7 hours away and we were staying in Schiocton a half hour away. Do not hire Yellow Cab. We met more than a few people who were in the same predicament as us. Luckily - we had sobriety and family on our side. I have no idea what those other people did - because ALL OF THE HOTEL's IN GREEN BAY were sold out. Finding a place to stay for the night if your transportation didn't come for you was not an option and finding new transportation out of town last minute - was most likely not an option for those without area family or friends. So Yellow Cab - You are just plain bad business.
