I have a 2 1/2 week old that needed newborn photos. I called her twenty minutes before my session time to get directions and she said she had left me a message (which I NEVER got) cancelling. She wasn't doing good apparently. You do not cancel a session ten minutes before on a person with a newborn who is up all night and who also has an 18 month old to get ready. Very unprofessional and now I will not be able to get my newborn pictures done for my son due to the fact that he is past the photography age for newborns and up during the day now. Thank you Brandi for nothing. You really should not be in business.
