Very rude! The Saturday manager, Sal, was rude from the beginning, trying to force me to buy into his 'windshield repair' scheme, where he gets your auto insurance info and reports it, only to jack up your rates.

Something was missing from my car after it was cleaned and I had to go back. He was totally not friendly, rude, and doesn't know the meaning of 'customer service'. I can't believe this guy is a manager. Sad indeed!
