Told by clerk (by phone) that I had a UTI and had to take an antibiotic. Asked to talk to doctor. Told "Doctor doesn't talk to UTI patients." Never heard from doctor. Another doctor told me that I'd never had a UTI. I cannot recommend this place!

If I could choose 0 starts I would, this place is terrible. they are assigned to me by my insurance. I was in the ER over the weekend, am told my gall bladder is bad an HAS to come out. My insurance requires me to get a referral from PCP before I can go to the surgeon even tho ER already tested me. Scheduling dept at GV fam practice tried to schedule my visit 2 weeks out. I re-explained the pain I'm in and the urgency. they scheduled me in 2 days but said "they've very busy and double booked" WELL! day of my appt, there is NO ONE else in the entire lobby!! I finallly get in and out, they said they're going to file for my referral "STAT"....2 days have now gone by...nothing, called my insurance provider to ask what the hold up is.....they have not even recieved any paperwork from GV Fam pratice. so, question "how long of a delay is STAT?" I called the referral dept at GV Fam practice, only to get the voice mail, and STILL no calls back. At this point I hope I can even get to the surgeon before something ruptures and makes it all much worse. Unfortunately the Doctors here are very nice and caring, it's the rest of the staff that can't get their act together.
