I called Green Valley Plumbing (GVP) for a broken irrigation valve, they came and replaced it. Two months later, the irrigation supply line (loop that goes above ground) started leaking at the cap on top. I called GVP and they came and replaced a grommet (it took 15 minutes). After he replaced the grommet, the sprinklers in the back yard came on and would not stop. GVP sent someone two days later to look at it and supposedly fixed it at around 11:00 a.m. I came home from work at 6:00 pm, the sprinklers were running in the back yard, my yard was completely flooded. I called GVP, they said they would send a landscaper over to look at the irrigation system, they believed the controller was messed up. The landscaper discovered that there was dirt in the entire system as a result of removing one of the valves. He talked with GVP who told him I replaced the valve and he was to charge me for whatever repairs were necessary. I then received a bill for $150 for replacing the grommet.
