I would recommend staying clear of Green Valley Rentals ! They are Crooks they conveniently lost my move in checklist, and pictures of damage previous to my move in..

The agent told me my lease was up the 1st of Aug and the house was going into short sell and we would have to move out in two months. We found a place, hired help to clean the house we were leaving. Just before we finished moving out (they got the keys the beginning of Aug and did a walk through) we were told that the lease was up at the end of Aug but the owner of the Co. had the option to forgo the last months rent. To make a long story short, instead of charging me for the last month they just kept all my deposit which was the same amount.
