They promise so much when you are looking at the office space then when you get the lease to sign they change everything on it and remove items they promised. Asked several times when looking at the office space if the room size is actually the square footage quoted and they tell you it was professionally measured. Then when you negotiate the price based on what you believe the actual room size is and what was promised when you view the office space. Ask for a copy of the lease and they will not give you copy of a lease until you pay a $45 application fee. Only get to look at it in their office. Then you get the lease and what is promised has changed and the addendum gets added that shows dimensions not equal to the quoted room size you think you will get. When you question this you then you get told it was professionally measured and they send you to a website to explain the difference between usable and rentable space. I get this may be standard to use rentable square footage but this should be explained on the first 3 meetings when you are standing in the space asking about the actual square footage of the room. Then after all of this they tell you that they cannot make you happy and cannot work with you. What a joke!

Do not sign with these people. They take your money and say screw you. And one more thing, David, you suck.
