This is a great facility! It's a little smaller than the Maryville location, but they have already expanded it to accommodate the growth. They have gymnastic rings and sandbags (with instructions) that the other location doesn't have. The longest contract they have is a year, and the month to month option is very reasonably priced too. Everyone is very friendly and this is a really non-intimidating environment. All of the plans are very inexpensive and it pays for itself with the gas money I save driving to Maryville to work out. Love it!
