This is easily the worst-run company I have ever seen. When I bought my house in Captain's Cove, I called CCUC to get my water billing started. Six months later, they sent me my first correspondence... a late payment due notice... without so much as a "hey, we're sorry, we screwed up, but can you catch up on the payments that we've been forgetting to bill you for?" No, none of that. Just a "You owe us a ton of money. Pay up within ten days, or get your water turned off."



CCUC's phone number is impossible to find (use the one you can find on Google in Baltimore, not the one in Greenbackville, or you're likely to get the drunk guy who failed to properly process me in the first place). Though that might not help either, because the guy who answered the phone in Baltimore, the project manager named Bill Heern, was sober... and dumb, and rude to boot. He refused to confirm the address my bills are going to, he promised to call me back and never did, and, in my mind the worst infraction, he interrupted me continually on the phone in order to tell me that my worries were unfounded. Even now, two weeks after that phone call, I get worked up about it. I've never had worse service, from any business for any purpose, in my life. And that's saying something.

Everytime I call this number, no answer and cannot leave a message.
