I had the same thing happened. I moved giving one month notice, all my rent and bills and I gave the keys.



One month later I had notice that my rent was due.



I spoke with following people:



Louis: who is in charge of debt collect and also very very very rude. I had inquiry about this as well as my family member. Her response was same avoid and top it off she said how many times you will call..someone already called here.



Donna Wilson: who said speak with Louis and with Louis.



The head office near Lake: Who directed me to Donna.



They never took my name of even after I moved. I kept on getting these letter and pressure



Let them go bankrupt indeed. A word to the wise indeed...do not move.



Also..please feel free to write reviews of you bad experiences at this place.

WORD TO WISE: DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE.



They have rats, roaches and top it all of poor drinking water and maintanince never never never ever comes.



I got sick and tired and moved.



I gave them one month notice and I handed them keys with my signature of paper that I gave keys. Also I let all the staff know that I am moving out.



GUESS WHAT? One month later I get redirected mail saying I owe rent. I go to them tell them and show them that I have moved. They say: We are chaning company so avoid letter.



Next month, I get a letter saying pay twice as much rent or else we will put your name in Haytesville court house for a apartment I moved out two months ago.



I go to them, same response.



DO NOT MOVE...LET THEM LET THEM GO BANKRUPT..



Also, they had shooting..it was all over the news. BAD BAD AREA.
