Unbelievably awful experience. Brought both of my inside cats in for a checkup and saw Dr. Smith. She literally was there for five minutes all together for both cats. She listened to their hearts and weighed them, that's all. For forty dollars per cat. Then she said we were required to get rabies vaccines for them for an additional fee - then proceeded to talk over me and argue with me incessantly that the office staff did NOT tell me that this was optional the day before when I called (even though they did). She then told me if they were HER cats she would have them vaccinated (even though they are inside - all the time) and that if we didn't and they bit someone "THEY WOULD CUT THEIR HEADS OFF." She said this in front of my children - one of which is only FIVE YEARS OLD!! Are you KIDDING me??? We will never be back and I wish I had my $80 back. What I really hate is that there are other doctors and staff here that are awesome - she is just not one of them.

I love this place for treating my lil Zero. However, i do not recommend using the groomer. My dog came out looking like a different dog and i thought he wasnt mine. They cut the inside of his ear and i didnt notice until he kept shaking his head. I looked in his ear and it was full of dry blood. They also cut all the hair off his ears and he us a Maltese. They have longer ears, now he has none. I love the medical part for all his issues but will find another groomer.....

I have heard great things about this vet & clinic. My first impression ~ there is a lot of front desk commotion / interacting with each other, seemingly forgetting about the customer waiting to check in and again at checking out. They made me feel as if I were their last priority as they talked among themselves, several times the girl checking me out, stopped what she was doing to talk to her coworker. RUDE!! The clinic is clean and spacious and I didn't have to wait long for the vet. No one ever told me what they were doing (blood was drawn, rectal swab and several immunizations were given---- had it not been on the bill, I wouldn't know what was done). I'm used to the techs telling me everything they are doing, what they are testing and what immunizations they are giving, I would think this would just be common courtesy! I can only assume my dogs are heart worm negative .... no one ever told me. The vet, Dr Kaufman was attentive and no complaints about her. The staff needs a class on customer service. I would recommend this vet because it is cheaper than the one I was using in Conway (saved $36) but don't expect great customer service from the staff. There was only one girl out of all of them, that had any sense of customer service, the rest need a class or two on how to treat the customers.

Wonderful place! The Doctors and staff really care about your pets and do everything they can to help! That's why I keep going back!

Everyone at Greenbrier Animal Hospital was so nice and caring. Dr. Ward & Dr. Lombardi are such wonderful and compassionate people. They understand that my pets are not just animals, they are family members. They are so gentle and kind with my four legged children. The staff is always so friendly and willing to help. I will tell everyone i know to take their pets there. I know i will never go anywhere else!
