My whole roof was spaced wrong, flashed wrong and leaks. They won't honor there satisfaction policy. My dishwasher was broke and hot water heater bad. They missed it all. Stay Away

Wish I could give this horrible company 0 stars. They portray themselves as knowledgeable, but you are better off using your 10 year old to do the inspection. Our inspector found no issue with basement. It flooded the next spring and the contractor said there was substantial evidence it had happened many times before. The microwave started an electrical fire the first time we used it. Faulty wiring, very evident if he had looked. The tub leaked water into the basement. The report on the foundation reads: "Foundation walls were in overall satisfactory condition with no major defects or structural damage evident." The walls are now crumbling and failing less than two years later. Matt, the "inspector" even crawled into the crawl space and took pictures himself which evidence the damage AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION! Contractors to fix it say the damage is very old and after looking at pictures of the walls at time of purchase stated they were in the same condition then.



FIND ANOTHER COMPANY...ANY OTHER COMPANY..BIG MOOSE IS INCOMPETENT AND I WOULDN'T HAVE THEM INSPECT A DOLL HOUSE!
