Lackluster service. Greasy greasy greasy.
My earlier experience must have been a fluke. Either that, or the owner was present.

"Unusual" staff sitting on counters where food is prepared. Not very concerned with doing a good job. I'd expect this type of behavior in a high crime area, but not Greencastle.

Terrible customer service. Asked for delivery, waited an hour, no one came. Though we'd had a detailed conversation where I made sure they knew I wanted delivery, the girl denied that I'd asked for it, no apology. She then made me come in and get my pizza after another 20 minutes because the ones I'd ordered had gone cold while waiting on the counter. When I finally got my pizza there was no apology, no acknowledgement and no discount. It was awful. The pizza was good, but not worth the awful customer service so I go to the less expensive pizza chains down the street instead.

Tony's pizza is really good pizza. There bbq wings are good I get them extra crispy. They have great subs. I never know what to order because it is so good. The other reviewer appears to have a grudge because I never have seen any of the stuff they talked about except when they did a remodel and you expect a dirt pile with weeds and other things. I eat there 2 or 3 times a month.

when Tony's first came to Greencastle it was real nice and clean,, now it's Really nasty. they never clean the glass on the front doors,the weeds are taller than the shrubs!!! the mirrors on the wall have a greasy film, and theres light bulbs out in all the pretty fixtures. ......I'm just disappointed in the neglect of such a pretty building.

Great food best pizza in the area. Owner is often there and makes you feel welcome.
