Anytime any of my family or friends are looking to buy a home or sell an existing residence. I call Gail, she does a great job in and is always getting back to you in a timely fashion.

Since 2004, I have purchased two residential properties and listed two residential properties with Famous Homes Realty. From start to finish, my expectations have been consistently exceeded. Gail is thorough, prompt, efficient, professional, knowledgable, and the most honest and moral person that I have ever done business with. She has always returned communication (voice, text, email, in person) to me in a timely fashion, patiently replies to all of my questions, and shows a great deal of empathy in challenging situations. I cannot say enough positive things about our experiences with Gail. Her strong professional skills and polished negotiation approaches have helped us to navigate through difficult situations. She has always made me feel like I was her only customer (though that has never been the case!) and she has gone out of her way to minimize any disturbance during selling/buying on my family. Gail has embraced technology to improve customer experiences, which allowed us to be out of town, but on top of any action items required. She also created and maintained for us an online portal to suggest and manage properties of interest to our family. Gail's effective communication, industry knowledge, ethical foundation, and technical skills uniquely qualify her to provide customers with top notch experiences. We consider ourselves fortunate to work with Gail and Famous Homes Realty!

I was interested in one of their listings. I called and also went to their web site to request a showing. I entered my email address, 24 hours later I haven't heard back from them. With today technology I feel a response time over 24 hours is unacceptable. I don't feel my business is that important to Gail. I would be reluctant to have her list my home.
